Hi I am filing this complaint because the manager ******* ******** is very un professional she will not honor the unter price that is showed on hev website when I asked her about she refused to accommodate me I think it's because u am disabled and African American as she is not please ******* with this situationBusiness response

The customer rented the ********************** unit at the advertised rate and signed a lease in agreement to the terms. The customer was also offered a discount upon move-in of two months 50% off, as shown on the account ledger. The on-site staff had attempted to assist the customer to help the customer understand that the advertised rates for storage units can fluctuate due to market conditions and supply and demand, so the advertised rates do sometimes change based on these factors. According to the documented account notes, the customer would not accept the assistance from the on-site staff, so the customers complaint was escalated to the District Manager. The District Manager reached out to the customer via phone and email multiple times in an effort to resolve the issue, but the customer did not respond.Initial Complaint

The manager here is very rude and charging me more than what is listed! She did not honor the promotion and is attempting to charge me over 90 dollars for a 5X4 or 5X5... Can't recollect which one I'm renting. The website has the price drastically different. Her name is ****** *******.Customer response

Hello, the name Ive submitted is the assistant manager. The manager that Im having the issues with name is ******* ********. Shes very discriminating and unfair! She will not listen and treats the 100% disabled very poorly! The district manger name is *****. Those are the prices on the net currently. I dont know how in the world she came up with ***** from ***** dollars! Thats a 22 dollar mark ********* Thanks for your time.
