This complaint and request for assistance is regarding Hello Mazda of Valencia **********. I leased a Mazda, CX 90 in June 2023. During the purchase process, I had many questions about the operation of the vehicle. Most of the operational questions are not covered in the manual. Throughout the process, I was assured, my car had certain capabilities however, the vehicle is so new the dealership is not yet familiar with all of the capabilities. To remedy this the dealer recommends watching ******* videos. I find this unacceptable. After six months of ownership I have found most of the capabilities I was guaranteed are not part of the premium plus package I purchased. The vehicle has a significant heating anomaly. When seeking advice from the dealership, I am once again directed to ******* videos. Today, under the worst circumstances I have discovered my car does not have a ***** Call the service department, transferred to sales, no reply other than from the service department.
