Date of transaction : 07 September 2022 2015 Camaro SS Purchase Less than 1 week into ownership ans the vehicle suffered a major mechanical failure of the ********** ****** bolt coming unthreaded out off the pulley. This resulted in the serpentine belt walking off the pulley then causing the ac compressor belt to fail upon start up of the vehicle . Then after 2 weeks of waiting my mechanic was able to come to the house and inspect the failed belts for repair. Upon visual inspection of the crankshaft pulley he discovered that the bolt was halfway out of the pulley and when he removed it it had silicon on the threads that were used to help keep it in the female threaded adapter on the crankshaft nose that the pulley mounts too. The mechanic had also discovered salvage yard lot numbering and the serpentine belt tensioner , cylinder heads , and engine block . He also found that the engine was held together using **** I contacted City Fine Cars and let them know that based on my mechanich a findings that the engine in the car was not disclosed therefore resulting in the reported mileage at purchase of XXXXX miles not matching that of what was on the actual engine in the car. This was not disclosed to me. ******* with city fine cars offered to have the vehicle looked at and parts replaced by his mechanic in Van Nuys if I towed it to him. I disagreed and then on 09/22/22 he said he would have it towed and to call him back. I tried multiple times and was sent to voicemail or told different stories such as call him back in 10 mins he is busy with a customer , and then oh he actually was not here all day . I wish to resolve this issue with them but they are no longer responding to text messages or phone calls I notified the dealership who sold me the carBusiness response

Could we please stop any further processes involved with this case? My apologies for not using the right name . ******* could you please halt any more processing of this case ?
