I placed an order for 3 tops, buy 2 get one free with Covered Perfectly on December 17, 2021 and researched their return policy whereby a return label was available but a fee of ***** would be deducted from the refund. On December 20, 2021, I received the items and was not happy with them as they were not flattering on me. I emailed ******** ********* as indicated on my shipping receipt and requested a return label. She responded that they do not provide a return label and after receiving my return, would refund me in *** days. At the local post office on December 21, 2021, I paid $21.15 to mail the package back because of the weight of the blouses. I then reread the company's return policy on their website ********************* where it did indicate a return label was offered. I then emailed ************************* to request a refund for ****** in shipping cost. I am requesting your help in obtaining my shipping cost as had they provided the return label it would have only cost me $7,95 but instead paid $21.15 with only a light envelop to mail the clothing back. Plus, full refund for the times purchased.Business response

We're happy to accept returns for items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must have all tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You'll be emailed a pre-paid shipping label to affix to your packaged return. $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of using the prepaid return label. Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment. Note: The return labels have an expiration date. Once you receive the return label, you need to mail it back to us within 7 days. After 7 days the return label will expire. Only one return label can be provided per order. We have a clear policy that is stated in the website that I have already sent Our refund policy changed 6 months ago in a company ownership change. we do not pay for return shipping. I found the information on their website . It seems they are claiming it's no longer applicable I guess when they changed owners. I did receive my refund for my purchase. Thus, I no longer wish to pursue the expensive return shipping cost. Future consumers should know that with this company, you will pay a fortune in return shipping. Thank you
