Something has changed with the service. I would always get my order and it was correct. Recently my card is charged and my order never arrives. I email customer service with no response and I am unable to reach anyone by phone. I canceled my subscription. The company is also allegedly deleting comments from concerned customers on their Instagram page. Sad.

This has alway been a great company to deal with but something has changed big time. The product has always been good and shipped quickly but Nov. 6th I place an order which I have not received. Contacted them many, many times but only got a response claiming problems with fulfilment. Um, yeah. Meanwhile, they sent me a promotional email and I place a second order a few days later. Haven't received that one either even though I have confirmation numbers. I have contacted them several times again and no communication on why. Do not under any circumstances buy from this company.Outstanding Foods Response

I shopped successfully with them multiple times but this fall something changed. I placed a $50 order & never heard from them. No ********************** was never shipped. I filed a complaint & was told my product was delayed but weeks later, still nothing. I tried to follow up again via social ************ left my messgae on read. I've noticed they deleted my comments & other people's comments about delivery issues on their social media accounts. I've had to file a complaint with PayPal due to their lack of response. Due to these shady business practices, I won't be ordering with them again.Review from Cate N

Do not order or give them your credit card, EVER! I cancelled a subscription because they would not let you change what chips you were ordering. I cancelled in MAY, then in July I get a 100 charge. I reached out to have them reverse it and they refused! Saying that it was from back in April/May. No. It wasnt. I cancelled in May and then months later they charged me and told me tough luck. Do not let them anywhere near your card, because they will continue to charge you for gross products.
