The product was supposed to come with a belt attachment. It did not. I tried on five different occasions to reach the company. None of my emails have been answered. When i call the phone number it takes you through the options and then hangs up on you.

I purchased a Bowie machete from cold steel to replaced an older one I had lost the sheath to. The photo of the product on the website is specifically just like the machete I already had, it says "Cold Steel South Africa" and it's stamped into the blade. The product I received from GSM LLC, the distributor for cold steel, appears to be a knockoff made in China. It is not the product pictured. The handle of the blade isn't even stuck down into the handle far enough. I am so sick of companies cutting corners and making us consumers pay the price. I feel like I was sold a knockoff. I have contacted cold steel about this issue, but what will they do? Send me another crappy Chinese blade? Businesses need start being held accountable. I specifically spent 37.99$ on this machete to get the South African made one that is pictured on the website. Not this Chinese one. Poor craftsmanship! Nowhere in the product description does it say "made in China" and the photo of the product on their website clearly has "cold steel south Africa" stamped into the blade. I guess I could even say that it's false advertising, unless the distributor is buying Chinese knockoffs behind their back and sending them to unsuspecting customers.

I purchased a product from cold steel (Irving, Texas) on 12/23/2023. After finding out the items wouldn't ship for more than two weeks, I canceled the order after Christmas, spoke to an actual person to cancel. It's been more than a month and this business does not answer customer service calls or return emails. Several emails unanswered since I started trying email 2 weeks ago Order #87348 The website did not indicate it would take weeks to ship, I would have never ordered. How does a company charge you for something that's sitting in a warehouse? For weeks I'd like to leave a permanent stain on this company's record if possible Thank you

I ordered a handcuff necklace and hated it. I’ve never returned anything in mail form so I looked them up, got the address and paid to send it back. They say they can’t find it. Not my problem. They say that that’s not their address for returns, I got it on google. They say I sent it to a secondary company of theirs. Then why was this item not found I sent along with it my name and address. I showed them the return receipt. They say they’ll only give me half of my money. That doesn’t make sense. They first claimed they had to find it first, then it’s, I can only give you half. I showed them the receipt. They know that I sent it back that I don’t have it. I trusted the company because what company steals low income elderly ladies money, to keep my money means nothing to them but it’s critical to me! I can’t get my daughter another graduation present until I get reimbursed. If they are willing to give half they can fully reimburse me. I just want reimbursed. I’m on a limited income and can’t just give money away because they’re offended that I sent their necklace back. Also I needed that money back to buy my daughter a different present. She graduated the Academy and has been hired as a Sheriff so I thought the handcuff necklace was a good idea. I want to have a present for her when she gets sworn in. I’m so upset that I’m still trying just to get my money. I can’t help the way they are running their business, but in the United States they can’t build their company by stomping on the backs of the elderly.

My Cold Steel knife broke, I requested a warranty replacement as the knife has a lifetime warranty. Cold Steel denied my warranty request claiming they warranty only applied when I purchased it directly from them. This wasn't told when I purchased it!

I have a Cold Steel kitchen knife set with block. One of the steak knives is rusted. Only used it once. I have sent multiple emails and got no response. I called and after being on hold for 5 mins and no one answered, I hung up. No one will help.
