Im a repeat customer, purchasing numerous items in several orders from Oomiay over the last 6 months. One of my favorite rings had a ******* crack and fall out. I purchased a replacement and the same thing happened the second time I wore it. I attempted to get a replacement through their happiness guarantee and exchange policy, however, their customer service is nearly non- existent. There is no phone number to call, not in their email footer or website anywhere. They delayed responding to my email for so long that the exchange window passed, and now they wont respond to my emails at all. Im seeing multiple other people complain on social media (because they certainly do have time and resources for numerous posts and multiple notifications and emails daily), that a number of people never even received their orders, and same experience, no customer service, no response. I posted in response to one of their social posts, still no response.
