      My husband and I purchased 4 tires online through ******* from this company. Had them shipped to ******* to have installed in November of 2023. We also bought the road hazard insurance for all 4 tires. I had to take it back in shortly after the purchase due to a leak coming from a seal. Then on July 6th will out of town we had one of the tires go completely flat and were stranded. We did not have a way to get to ******* instead we were next to a discount tire. They looked at the tires on my vehicle and determined all 4 needed to be replaced due to defects in them. They were wearing very unusually which cause them to be damaged. They checked my alignment and it was perfectly fine. I had to purchase 4 more tires for over $900. I just want my money back from the tires. They have a 1 year warranty and this falls well within that time.

      On May 12, 2024 I purchased two tires that the company was selling through Walmart.com. It has been nearly 2 months and I still have not received my order despite being given an ETA of just a few days. I have complained to seller thru ********* customer service but this rendered no results. Company says that tires were delivered but they have not... even the tracking number and ********* website says that they have been delayed. Due to failure to ship the tires to me (which it shows in the tracking data), I had to purchase the tires elsewhere. I just want to cancel the order and have my money refunded. This doesn't appear to be a very reputable company... it appears they just printed a shipping label and never shipped my tires. I just need to recover my costs.

      The online retailer sold me a road hazard policy for ***************************** 2 tires and I obtained a nail in the tire two weeks after purchase. The retailer refused to provide the replacement tire citing tire wear

      I ordered tires a week ago they were to be delivered on 11/29 and now there is no delivery date available. I'm unable to get a hold of anyone with their customer service to get any kind of update on my order. I've ordered from them before and had no issues so I assumed it was safe to order again. I went and read some reviews and have seen the scam many other people have experienced with them of not receiving the tires and not getting refunded and unable to get a hold of anyone. I want my order cancelled and my credit card to be reimbursed for this order I never received.

      Hello.

      It is showing Fed Ex delivered the package today at 12:05pm my husband is home and I can assure you nothing has been delivered to my home! I still can not get a hold of anyone at customer service. This is beyond unacceptable with them and at this point I want no excused from them I would just like to get a full refund.

      I purchased a single tire from ONLINETIRES.com with an optional road hazard claim. Well I've tried to make said claim for a bubble in the sidewall (un repairable). They have been email arguing with me for about 3 weeks now. They have finally come down to the decision to deny my claim. The reason for denying my claim is that I only purchased it a month ago, so it is to "new" to have a hazard. Sidewall date indicates it is not new it is over 2 years old.

      On 2 separate occasions I purchased tires from this company. In 2021 when I purchased the tires for the front and rear of the vehicle. They are different sizes for front and back. I also purchased the warranty for the tires, which covers road hazard, in that, they will replace the tire if it cannot be repaired or a road hazard occurs. In jan or feb of 2022 I put in a claim and sent in over **************************************************** they could not see the complete ***. Then the company claim that the *** was not a valid ***, which was impossible because I just bought the tires about 6 month prior to the claim. It was excuse after excuse. Finally, I gave up and bought another tire because I did not want to continue to drive on a donut and risk driving damaging the differential. After that, I come to the present and put in another claim on the front tire and I sent them the receipt which they then were about to find in the system. The company claims the *** did not match again. They said they would resubmit the claim again, although I've already been waiting for over a week with no response from them other then The *** didn't match. I gave them the name of the company that has the rim and tire and sent the pics in and all I get is the royal run around. I feel the is unethical and fraud. They are selling a warranty with the tires and not honoring the fulfillment of the warranty, which covers 2 year replacement. This is the 2nd such incident with the company and I have purchased 6 tires from them. I have also filed a complaint with the *** and intend to file a small claims case against them. I have a Porsche Macon and I purchase the warranty because the manufacture tells you that you cannot patch the tires. They must be replace if there is any type of puncture in the tire. The tires are almost 400 and the insurance cost 20 a tire. This is malicious fraud on their behalf.

      I have reported this before. I have has issues getting my tires replaced with the warranty. When I created the complaint the bbb denied it because they couldnt contact the company. I have been in contact with one recent pwrson named ****** and she has refused to give me a response. The number I have called is ************. I simply wabt my tires replaced due to them having issues since LAST YEAR JANUARY. Ive been given a run around from 1 employee and 3 supervisors.

      I ordered 2 tires on Dec. 28th. I was told I would receive them by Jan. 4th. I received 1 tire on Dec. 30th which was the wrong tire. I contacted the company many, many times with no resolution. I received my 2nd tire on Jan. 4th, which is the correct tire. I contacted Online Tires many more times and was told someone will contact me. It's Jan. 6th and I'm stuck with 2 mismatch tires. Never do business with them again.

      I ordered four tires size 33x12.50R18 118/Q on the ******* app. Unbeknownst to me they use third party vendors. I received four tires size 250/55R20. ******* did NOTHING to correct this and referred me to onlinetires.com, the vendor who sent the wrong tires. Onlinetires.com knew they did not have the tires I ordered in stock yet they still sent the wrong tires hoping they would not get sent back. Onlinetires.com impeded the return process and refuses to refund my money even though I have sent the tires back. They wont act on this until they get their erroneous shipment returned.

      The company is a scam. If you look at the reviews after you order a week later they call you in an attempt to say they don't have the product and they have a better one for you. He assured me the product would be there in a certain amount of time and it wasn't and now they refuse to refund me. If you look at their reviews this is an ongoing event and I don't know why they haven't been stopped yet. I emailed them over the course of many days and called and they just kept ignoring me. Once again they have quit talking to me after they said if I can get the tire back to their warehouse they were refund me but now they won't tell me how to get it back there and are refusing to answer any questions. Please look at onlinetires.com reviews and see how many of the same situations there are.
