      I have been trying to resolve the issue with the 2015 Dry rotted tires that was sold to me by online one tires Aug 31, 2022. I contacted online tires customer service and was informed if I emailed the owner of the store at ******************* I would get the matter resolved. Online tires responded and informed me they would replace the Michelin Latitude Sport 3 tires with Dunlop Maxx060 plus tires. While I appreciated the gesture but the tires, they offered are not comparable to the ones I have. I have tried calling numerous of times only to be informed by ***** she would call me back within the hour and I still have not received a call. I have tried calling ******** and he never answers his phone, so then I resorted to emailing them and still no reply from either one of them. I'm not asking for a lot I just want to be able to replace my tires or get a refund and it should not take me from September until now not to have this matter resolved.

      I ordered tires that said it was in stock. They called to tell me they didn't have them. They also couldn't get my info correct as they kept claiming I ordered 18" tires when I ordered 15" and it shows I did on ever single piece of info they sent me. I wanted to speak to the manager, after a entire week and 4 separate attempts, I still have had to contact from the manager nor have I received my refund yet. I want to speak to the manger and I want my refund since I did not receive my product.

      I ordered and paid for two ************** tires. One arrived. I called and emailed **** ******* at Online Tires to ask. "Where is my other tire?" He replied in writing that only one tire was shipped due to a defect in the second tire. I asked for a refund the following day, and have now been told THREE times that I will get a refund after I return the delivered tire! Now that I have read other complaints about Online Tires I am certainly not going to send them one tire and cross my fingers in the hope that they don't attempt to steal from me twice.

      I submitted my complaint through my charge/credit company, who responded today that a refund for the unshipped tire is being processed. Unless I state otherwise in the near future, I will consider the refund as sufficient to close my case, although I would like my complaint to be available at the BBB website as a caution for other consumers.

      I made a purchase online on September 4th for a set of tires I received a call two days later stating the tires were not in stock, I had asked for a refund I have called nine times have talked to five to six different people and they've all told me that I would be receiving a refund within 24 to 48 hours it's been 12 days and I have not received a refund my order number is ****** I need help getting my refund of a little over $333 dollars.

      Ordered and paid for the confirmation to buy tires should've been at my house in three days then they emailed me they are out of stock check their website it says they are still in stock but they updated the price and made it more expensive they said they want to "upgrade "me Two different tires I don't want and they are still advertising that they are in stock on their website to this moment now they're performing a bait and switch

      I bought tires from this company, accidentally buying the wrong size. I returned the tires with the promise of a refund minus the return shipping cost. This was almost a month ago and I have not received my refund yet.

      On August 6, 2021 i ordered two tires from onlinetires.com for a total of 119.05 order #****** and then a few days later i recieved a call from onlinetires stating that the tires i ordered weren't available and that i will be issued a refund which was a lie since its been almost a month and i haven't received anything from them yet. So if you guys can please help me get my refund because I'm really about to take this company to Civil court. Thank you
