      Purchase date: Nov. 26, 2023 Item Purchased: Apple Watch Series 2 42MM glass replacement.Received the product. Phone Remedies does not offer any instruction on how to replace the Apple Watch glass. Instead, they instruct you go to ******* and view how-to videos from other people/vendors. The one link they did supply to their website could "not be found." The ******* videos use different supplies. In addition, Phone Remedies does not provide the supplies you actually need to replace the glass. I sent an email advising how disappointed I was in their product and support. They refunded me the purchase price. However, trying to fix it with these "other" videos ruined my Apple Watch. It's now dead. This is unacceptable.

      i purchased on june 1st, with the thought the business would be legit and that they would honor there falsely advertised quick shipping. i spent ***** on a iphone 11 pro max ***** screen. as of june 2nd it is posted that my order is pending acceptance to a **** facility in ********** ********** as of june 10th it still says the same, pending in ********* at the ****. i have only had this type of issue with shady or dishonest conpanies so i am seeking a refund for my cash and moving forward i am not interested in this product anymore. i have already fixed my phone in the time waiting for this bogus product so i want my money back. i emailed the company with no response back as of yet. my order number is #*****

      very sloppy to provide an incorrect tracking number if that is in deed the truth. I no longer want this product nor do o trust the legitimacy of this company.

      This compliant is against phoneremedies.com and ***********************. I sought a Do it Yourself solution to my cracked android glass. I found a website offering a product called ******* Pixel 5a 5g Glass Screen Replacement Premium Repair Kit". The minute I attempted to remove the existing shattered glass with the guitar pick (plastic pick included in the kit), the phone lost UI functionality. Proving that the entire *** unit needs to be replaced, as the glass is glued to the **** Separating the glass from the *** without damage to the *** is 100% impossible -contrary to the false claim of the retailer which claims that the glass can and "will require to be separated from the ***" to perform the repair. The claim of separating the glass from the expensive *** unit is bogus. The retailer is misleading unsuspecting consumers to opt for a quick, less expensive trickery which is not possible. This practice amounts to highway robbery. This business should be stopped, lest this ******** continues to deceive online shoppers. The internet is a dangerous enough. The swines have to be in check, that is why shoppers resort to Amazon and due without the weasels and trickery.

      Hello, We regret to hear you encountered an issue with ***********. A front glass replacement can be done on a device but it does have an increased level of difficulty. In our description, we do state that there is an increased level of difficulty in the repair. We also say in the description that a full LCD replacement is the easiest screen replacement.
