On Saturday, October 9, 2023 Sebastian ********************** Repair was unfair and not willing to reimburse me for breaking the glass door of my Kitchenaid wall oven. Latches were purchased to repair the door on the oven. While making and attempt to repair by pulling on the door, the glass shattered from the door and scattered glass on the floor. I was told everyone makes mistakes. The latches were $120. I asked what was going to be done about the oven door. I was told he could reimburse me half of the $120 he paid for the latches. When ********* left I was not offered any reimbursement. Ive been without an oven for about 3 weeks. It has been an inconvenience for me, because Im unable to use it.After researching to find glass for the door, I came to the conclusion that for my best interest it would be a better decision to replace the oven.I was also told that when I get another oven ********* stated he would install it. After much consideration and shopping for a oven, I decided to purchase another wall oven. The total price for the oven is $1562.38. That figure does not include $125 installation charge. This has been an unfortunate and stressful situation for me. I am on a fixed income and I had to secure a loan to replace my oven. This unfortunate experience has caused me much stress.Im 92 years old and it saddens me to know that a business has treated me this way. I would like to be reimbursed with $1562.38 + installation charge of $125. Thank you.**************************

This man comes out and scam single moms so he comes out and he charges me 150 to come check my dryer the total end up being $400 after charging me $20 for a dryer vent he claims he put a new housing on to a ******* dryer that was four years old And he happen to have it right in his truck. Wow two days later the dryer didnt work I had HVAC come out clean it out. It still didnt work. I paid another $485 to another company who told me that he put the wrong parts on in the first place they were not the right parts and the problem was never the housing. It was the thermostat so he overcharge me without even checking the thermostat. He immediately said he had a housing and then I would have to change the whole housing but he didnt put the housing on that was for the actual dryer that I owned. He put a used housing that was from another dryer Ive text and called him and asked him to handle this problem and he has refused several times so I just gave him $420 and gave $485 to someone a month later to fix it properly
