Ordered concrete on December 30, 2022. Wrote a check for said concrete. Check bounced. Hasn't made good on it. Won't return phone calls.

I received email from consumer stating the check has been cleared by the bank. Ok to close complaint.
"Good morning,
*** wanted me to let you know that the *** Check they wrote to **, has been cleared by the bank.
We appreciate all your assistance in this matter.
