Bought something from this website and never received a confirmation email or tracking information. Turns out I didn't need the part so I contacted them through email twice about a return with no response. I've tried calling during business hours and it goes straight to voice mail. Looking at the other reviews, I'd steer clear of this place as the customer service individuals have no manners or concept or professionalism. Additionally, the lack of communication showcases poor business management.Review from Sam M

I never received my order and never received a confirmation order for it even after I was charged full price for it multiple calls and e-mails have gone without a response the whole ******* is nothing more than a scamReview from Gene P

VERY RUDE and repulsive customer service. I ordered two items from their website. Items arrived and not what I ordered even though the order number matched their website. "*****" just laughed and said that is what the supplier sent and I should just accept it. When we requested C6 pay the return shipping he laughed again and said "don't ever order from us again" and later sent a vulgar email to my wife. "F---You. You stupid B----. You filed a chargeback against paypal, so good luck with that. *****" The charge is now being disputed by Discover.
