Their product is sold by Lowes. It did not come with all equipment needed to power machine and the adaptor is not sold by Lowes or the company. It is so difficult to contact the company as phones send you to their website and I have to upload documents just to ask them a question. I purchased a 3-in-1 ******************* on Amazon December 15, 2022. After paying $89 to *********************** to have it assembled on December 27, 2022. I noticed immediately the equipment was horrible, I called Amazon the next day to arrange for a pickup. It was then that I was informed that this was bought through a third party. Amazon "do not" pckup. I immediately began trying to reach this company through the messages on Amazon and on their phone. After a week, I finally received a response with these stipulations in order for me to get a refund:1)bike must be disassembled and put in the original box 2)it must be taken to *** or ***** and you must pay the shipping fee($175 for an 90lb item) 3( i will be charged a re-stocking fee. I am a senior citizen of 75 years old. I have no way of disassembling that equipment and putting in the original box. The technician removed the trash after assembling the bike. This is a total rip-off of $300.16. When I called asking ro speak to a manager, I was told there was none and they could not give me their name or address. The address for the company is just a return station for Amazon. I am not sure who or where to go. Amazon says it not on them. I file a claim with the Amazon Guarantee A-to-Z. A complete waste of time. The is a company that refuses to return my monies and their product is not worth $300. I was requesting an immediate refund and a pick up their product by the company.Thank you *****************************
