I never recieved my item. It was sent to ********** and took a month for me to even track it there. The order has my correct address in ***** on it and the tracking clearly showed it was delivered to the wrong address! They keep sending me useless emails saying they r talking to their carrier, but i have not received my dress or a refund! Very disappointed.

I placed an order using my address in *******. I received a confirmation that the order was delivered at an address in ************. I send them an email stating this, and they responded that the order was delivered. It was delivered not to me in *******.

i ordered two shirts from royaura. one arrived on time. i wrote to them and complained my order was short. they wrote back and apologized, and gave me a 15 percent discount code for my next order, and assured me the second shirt would arrive in a few days. it did, both are beautiful. the medieval gray and the sundown palm trees, brown on black. because the company is in honk kong i figured i should order a size larger. yep, good move, they fit perfect. no complaints

Their return process just does not work. It has been over a month since I returned items and no credit yet. Beware of buying clothes from Royaura

I have purchased approximately 50 shirts in 3-4 orders over the past year. EVERY order date delivery comes and then I get an email stating: "Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders, we are currently experiencing a peak period in our operations. This has caused a slight delay in the processing and dispatch of orders". Most orders are shipped piecemeal meaning one bigger bag and then a few later, etc. If there is an issue with EVERY order's delivery times then the company should increase the length of time on their web site to reflect the actual times. To me, its seems like this is their business model and they seem to ship every order from ***** or somewhere outside the **.

I purchase several shirts with them, las purchase different quality of shirts and dont pay for returns. I will not recommend and I can post pictures of the poor quality shirts.

Their shirts are incredible. I love em. Be careful buying shorts or pants. Their sizing is beyond bizarre for those in the ***Find yourself needing to return anything? You're in for a complete fiasco. Go through your payment partner. But, it's a joke and brain damaging that way as well.

Shirts are definitely smaller than size chart states. You should measure first and then increase the shirt by at least one size if not two. I typically wear a 2XL to 3XL and their 3XL fit me like an XL. Fitting is important and I don't like to mess around with companies that make their product on the small side. I went to the website and filled out the return information. It states they will contact you in 3 days with authorization information. I waited 6 days for the authorization which never came, so I had to write an email to their support address. In the reply email I was asked the reason for return and to provide a photo of myself wearing the item to show how small. Obviously, I had already stated the reason in my original request so the person who replied didn't look for my initial return request. (You have to provide the transaction number so they had all the necessary information in the initial request)The request to provide a photo is very questionable and of course I didn't send one. I pointed out that this was not asked for in the online request. I then questioned if this was actually Royaura?Be smart and don't send them anything personal. Stay on them for the return/refund. They will do their best to waste your time.

Poor customer service . Want to return a shirt. Royaura customer service is no help in doing so. Have a shirt that has a discoloration on the front. Royaura will not stand behind their products. Very poor company. Do not buy from Royaura, run away from them.

I placed an order for some shirts. The order was in and the payment was accepted and then Royaura disappeared from the screen. No confirmation, no order number, no tracking number, no communication at all. When I tried to contact them I was sent to an outfit that said it was the bank-which they said had refused the payment. The bank had not refused the payment and the outfit that was to help-and gave me false information tried to charge $115.00 for the false info. I see that some people have had good luck with orders but after my experience dealing with Royaura is a c*** shoot and just not worth the risk.
