      I ordered an item on Dec 20th, 2021. Although the website stated the items would arrive in 1-3 business days, they did not arrive until the 21st of Jan 2022. I decided to return two of the items. I went to their site and initiated the process and received an RMA. According to USPS tracking (USPS #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), the items were received by them on Jan 29th. On Feb 14th, I sent an email asking about the status of the return. I received no reply. On March 2nd I sent another email asking about the status of the return. No reply. I came to this site, found their phone number, called them and was told that I had the wrong number. I then went to their facebook page and asked for them to acknowledge my multiple emails. No reply. I am asking for the refund of the 2 items that I returned and for taxes paid. Here is the email that I sent via their online system: I have sent multiple emails and have not received a reply to any of them and most were sent over 3 weeks. I will combined them now: 1) Order #XXXXXX I sent 2 items back. The Nursebunny Sweater (XL) and the Wolfboy Sweater (XL). I received RMA #XXXXXXX and the items were received by your store on Saturday, March 29. I've not received any information as to the status of my refund 2) Order #XXXXXX I sent an email on January 26 stating that I had been incorrectly charged tax of $4.83. Neither PA nor Allegheny County charges tax for clothing and the previous order (#XXXXXX) did not have taxes charged. 3) Order #XXXXXX Once again, when I placed the order, I was charged $4.90 in tax. I should not have been charged tax. At this point I am owed the following: $50.00 - NurseBunny Sweater return of order XXXXXX paid via cc ending in **** $60.00 - Wolfbunny Sweater return of order XXXXXX paid via cc ending in **** $4.83 - taxes paid for order XXXXXX paid via paypal $4.90 - taxes paid for order XXXXXX paid via paypal Total: $119.73 I am not unique: ********************************************

Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/04/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I reached out to the original payment provider (SoFi) and they stated that they have not received any communication from SoFi since the dispute was opened on March 8th. They currently have no information regarding the acceptance of the charge back. I understand that things take time, but at this point I have nothing to verify that the monies will be refunded other than Omocat's statement to the BBB. I will accept the response from the business once I can verify that the chargeback has been processed (or at least started on ****** side) and the amount has been or will be refunded.       This company does not ship out the products that they sell. I ordered product from them Dec 3rd 2021. They put up a order number Jan 25, 2022. The company never delivered the product to FedEx. Until I messaged the company multiple times they finally started to move, but told me they couldn't ship my items cause they have no more. The company took my money and sent out merchandise to influencers to trick people into buying their merchandise to not actually send the merchandise. Through reviews and Twitter comments I've learned the company does this offent. They hardly ever send out the products and pocket the money until you beg for a refund where you might not get a message back. The company is collaborating with pokemon to lure in more people to scam. This is a company that does not need to be selling products if they aren't sending them out, besides to influencers. One email states they sent it but I called FedEx and they have no notification of omocat doing anything to give them the package in question. I originally thought FedEx was the problem, but omocat is the real thief.

Here is the tracking information: *************************************************************** We refunded the customer $330.00, please see the screenshot provided. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/03/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I find it funny that I've posted an added repose that omocat has ignored. They come out saying I as a customer am lying. I love constantly going to their Twitter page to see comments saying that they have not gotten the product or that they are missing the full print on the shirt. Omocat can't even help out the first customers and yet they are trying to sell more of the same stuff. Oh and not to mention the people who have received the products finally have been seeing the products in March when the items were stated to be shipped Jan 25th. I've went to companies on Instagram and have received items in just days. I'm not sure why this company insist that FedEx is the problem vs them not actually sending the items. Through Google searches you can find blog post such as this, ******************************************************* saying that the company didn't hand over the items in question. This company is outrageous to lie like this and call a customer a liar when they are the biggest scam to hit the internet.       Order #****** Placed on 12/12/2021 Shipped via USPS on 12/31/2021 Tracking # ************************** Only part of the order was received despite all items being marked "Delivered" on the order information. The OMORI Original Soundtrack CD (3 disc set) was not included with the shipment. Link to item: https://www.omocat-shop.com/collections/omori/products/omori-original-soundtrack-cd Item cost: $40.00 +tax Emailed the company at support@omocat.com on 3 occasions (January 10, 19, and 27 of 2022) regarding the missing item, but only received an automated reply (attached) stating that they would reply within 7-10 days. I would definitely prefer delivery of the missing item as opposed to a refund. It was a gift for my son and it means a lot to him.
