Date: 5/27/2023 Accused of using fraudulent ID, I was mocked at, yelled at, and mistreated/discriminated against for being from out of town.. My ID was real and I had just gotten off a flight and my ID was scanned by TSA. I was furthermore asked for a passport. I asked for a police officer to scan my ID and was denied. A fake Fake ID scanner downloaded on an app was used to scan my ID. I asked for manager and was denied. I am filing a complaint for lack of training on out of state licenses, lack of training on inspecting licenses, improper and quite fraudulent use of equipment to scan government issued IDs, declining legitimate IDs, misconduct and bad customer service.Initial Complaint

Besides it being overly priced. I had the worst experience. The restrooms were filthy dirty. Water pipes dripping. The service was terrible. When we asked for a supervisor we were just stood up and we waited and waited and nothing. Wish I could get my money back.Business response
