I went to see *********** @ 3:15 on 08/00/2023 I walked in 15 with my wife there was no line or anyone at the concession stand. I walked in with lunch leftovers that where not visible nor was I trying to hide. We walked in and was looked up & down by staff and rudely asked "do you want something to eat or how about a drink" almost interrogating us. We stood there feeling ackward and I asked about a fountain drink for later as it is a 3 hour movie, as we walked away toward the theatre I could hear a male voice say" Their should be a $20 fee for people bringing in food, that's so rude" .It was said loud enough for for us to hear. I almost turned back confront the crew and my wife pulled me into the show.I don't know if he was trying to make fun of us in front of other crew members, I took it as racist and elitist. I am in fact" MEXICAN AND HAVE LONG HAIR" I called the theatre after leaving to speak to manager and left a voice message. the manager did call me back that evening, I told him the situation and it seemed to basically fall on deaf ears. he apologized but seemed shallow as if he did not believe my concern. I made him aware that I will be filling a complaint comment on their web site and would also file a complaint with the ****** Thank you for your service and regard your company the ****** as a solid and effective company.I hope to make the theatre aware that crew members should be properly trained and have more then a basic moral compass
