      I ordered two different sized shape wear because their size chart wasnt the clearest. Tried both products on when I received them over clothes, found one size was better and wanted to exchange the one that was too big. Shapeoly clearly states on website We are proud to offer a customer satisfaction guarantee on our products and pleased to accommodate free and easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery. We just require a photo of the product and explanation (so we can improve our products) before we begin the return process. It also states Try us for 30 days! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order we'll issue you a full refund! Well I contacted the company by email because there is no phone number for customer service, Georgia C was the person I emailed with. After taking a picture of product and stating I just wanted to exchange product for smaller size, I was given an address to send it too. Sent package through **** package was returned to *** stating no deliverable apartment number. Emailed Georgia C for address clarification, was given same address. Resent package again same address and was returned again with same statement. Emailed ******************************* again and she stated thanks for the picture Im unsure what happened. I emailed back I understand youre unsure what happened, what is your company going to do to resolve the issue? She stated sorry for inconvenience I have informed my team and will get back to you as soon as possible I sent first email on 6/22/23 her last response was on 8/16/23.

      I purchased the viral shapeology undergarment to wear with a dress that was already purchased. When the item arrived I immediately tried it on under the dress and it looked terrible. I bought according to the size chart. I immediately contacted the company which is only through email to let them know. I made sure to read the return policy and I was well with in it!!! There is only one person to contact and said that they could not ***** a return because it didnt fit!!!! What do you return for? The quality of this undergarment was extremely cheap and not worth $40. I am still seeking a return and need a number to contact. At this point, I will not let this go because I am sure that is how they make there money. Do not fall trap to these viral videos! The product *****

      Purchased a clothing item online 07/11/2023 - the website states they offer a refund policy and customer service guarantee which accommodates free and easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery.I have reached out to the website customer service link over the last three days, and they are refusing to do a return on the item. They do not offer a phone number for customer service other than an email link on the website.

      I purchased these items back on May 12, 2023 and did not receive then until the end of June. When I reached out to customer service to return the product that was moneyback guaranteed according to their website they stated I can't return them just because they don't fit. They have a sizing chart on the website and according to my size I ordered what would fit if it was quality material. These items look like cardboard connected with dental floss! There is no support anywhere for my shape and I would like to return them for a full refund!
