So this company had provided me with basically a cash advance and I fell on a hard times and was unable to pay it back for about a month or two, and then just recently I received quite a few harassing emails threatening me and and trying to offer me deals to pay it off and then finally I came to a point where I was doing a little bit of okay financially and they had offered me a deal where if I pay it off in full they will send me $2,500. So the total with interest was $520 that I needed to pay and I only had $530 and I needed them to guarantee that they were going to send me $2,500 otherwise it was going to s**** me over for the week for groceries and other bills and they promised me they would send me the $2,500 so I reluctantly sent them $520 only to have them completely ghost me and leave me with absolutely nothing. I have multiple emails verifying that they were going to send me money I even had him draw me up a contract to which he did only for them to completely ghost me and ignore all of my phone calls emails texts. Leaving me with absolutely no money for the week, no groceries can't pay any bills, absolutely nothing. When I simply could have just made a minimum payment of $25 and had money for groceries which I explained to them.Business response

I received a cash advance from this company I was in contact with a case manager name ******* was in desperate need of funding she offered $500 and I tried to get funding elsewhere but because the offer was so low she said would give a lower interest rate on the loan and I can try again later I tried multiple times they denied each additional cash advance but never lower the interest rates as she said bad company to do business with she did not honor her wordBusiness response

As per request, I reached out to the client to discuss about the complaint lodged. However, I am unable to reach the client via the number provided. I left VM and callback number on 2 separate occasions that I tried to call.
