perchased ********* revo mobility scooter from affordable mobility/ medical march 17, 2022. paid in full. scooter stopped charging called affordable October 5, 2022. after more than a dozen trips for repair, part replacements and talking with the owner of affordable mobility/ medical the scooter still has charging problems and a few new ones. during this time we have also been talking to pride customer service. pride wants ********************** to communicate their opinion about the scooter. pride has on record only 2 contacts with affordable mobility/ medical. ***** wants more contact with affordable to move forward with what to do with the scooter. we picked up the scooter the 29th of December 2022. I have called and emailed affordable after talking to pride asking affordable to call pride. we have received no return calls or emails. 21 days passed from the last time we dropped off our scooter for repair. no charge for parts or labour so far. affordable warranty is for a year pride is 2. the scooter qualifies as a lemon. we do have notes and receipts. have not uploaded them yet.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:**** never told me that he was procuring a new scooter. after the 6+ repairs attempts **** only said that he "should" send my scooter back to pride a request a replacement. And I got my scooter replacement after I made a compliant.
