I purchased a camera from HDTV supply in September of 2021. According to the sale ad ans receipt, the camera has a 2 year warranty. The manufacturer states that they only provide one year, so my assumption is that HDTV supply added an extended warranty in the sale price. The advertised two year warranty was a consideration in purchasing from this company. The camera is malfunctioning. I contacted HDTV supply, they initially replied to contact the manufacturer. I informed them, twice that the manufacturer will not warranty the camera. There as yet been no response.

We have contacted the manufacture Thor and will work with them and the customer on getting this repaired or replaced for him.
