I want to report this company because the company needed to clarify the state of the terms and conditions of their product. I purchased serum through this company on 06/22/23 via ********* It was a Derm Mar Anti-Aging serum (0.5oz), costing me $6.98. I thought the transaction was finished. However, On 06/29/23, the company charged me $129.98 for this product again. The company stated that I must cancel or return the product if unsatisfied. However, I did not see the terms and conditions when I ordered it. The company charged this product was not fair practice and should state clearly their terms and conditions. Also, the company charged this product too expensive compared to other companies.

On 10/14/22, I saw an ad on Truth Social about a Keto gummy to try all you had to do was pay S/H for $5.98. I decided to try it. As I went through the screens to check out, it offered another product to try for $11.96. I selected okay. I received those products. My debit card was charged by a company Extaticultrapurefrmula ($11.96) and Exttcuniqsln ($5.98) on 10/14/22. On 10/21/22 my debit card was charged $129.98 and on 10/24/22 my debit card was charged $119.98 by supremewellbenefit.com. I immediately called my bank, ****, to dispute the charges. An investigation was opened. On 12/2/22 I saw the charges were reapplied to my debit card and called **** on 12/3/22 to find out what had happened. I was told that **** had received documentation that they had shipped the product to me. The company provided the tracking number of the product I ordered as a trial on 10/14/22. I asked the **** representative for a phone number for the company so I could find out what they shipped to me. I was given ************ phone number, which is also posted on the supremewellbenefit.com website. If you go to that website all they sell are dashcams, chargers, door locks, etc. Nothing to do with Keto gummies or wellness. I called supremewellbenefit.com on 12/8/22 to find out what I was being charged for. The gentleman said that I had signed up for a subscription service and that I only had 7 days to cancel or else I would be charged monthly. I told him that I did not sign up for any subscription service but did order a trial product to see if it worked but did not sign up for any recurring product delivery. He said since I didn't call within 7 days to cancel that is why they charged me, and it was in their ***************** I told him that I didn't even receive the product within the 7-day period and how would I even know if it worked in less than 30 days. He kept repeating that it was in the ***************** I told him I never received any type of confirmation email or anything suggesting that it was a monthly subscription. He told me I should have looked on the website for the ***************** I asked him to send me a copy of my confirmation and a receipt and he told me since my account was already cancelled, which he said he did at the beginning of the phone call, that he could no longer access this information. I believe this company to be a fraud and a scam! I was charged by different companies ( Extaticultrapurefrmula and supremewellbenefit.com) and when I called the one with the charges (supremewellbenefit) the representative told me they are not supremewellbenefit.com, but rather tryketorganix.com. He told me to go to their website to view the ***************** but when I typed in their address my antivirus software warned me it was a suspicious site so I did not continue to the site. I believe this company took my information from the sample product that I ordered, and they sent it to refute the investigation **** did. I did not sign up for any monthly subscription. I never received an email or a confirmation stating I did, and they couldnt provide me with one. The person I talked to on the phone continually repeated that he could not issue a refund and that I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I am requesting your assistance to shut this company down so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I would also like to get a refund for ~$249.96, which this company stole from me.
