I never entered into an agreement with this company for a reoccurring service. I started a trial period then canceled within time. They gave me a partial refund, but then continued to send products and charge my account. I have requested to cancel through their portal multiple times. Their portal does not allow the sender to keep a record of the request.Initial Complaint

The business is charging a cost of good surcharge without advertising it. No indication on the menus or signage showing you will actually be charged more that what the price on the menus show.
