      Extremely impressed with the professionalism, communication, pricing and customer service! *** was fantastic and walked me through everything step by step. Very thorough and well done job! Will definitely use them again.

      Please DO NOT use this company. They advertise on ******** that you can get your vents cleaned for $99. Shame on me for not doing my homework on this company, but I hope this keeps someone else from getting scammed. They tried to up sell me on "other services" that needed to be done, mold in my vents, "deep cleaning", UV light. Then when you don't except there services they try tell you well I checked with my boss and he said we can offer if for cheaper. I thought I was getting the $99.00 ******** special and much to my surprise they charged my card $900.00. I called them and there were less than nice, and less than helpful. Do not use this company. Misleading!!!

      Absolutely terrible service. The worker was there for about 3 hours, but was aggressive about the payment. Prior to the appointment, I asked numerous times about the $99 special a few times to confirm that it was true and they told me yes. Once he got to my home he began to upsell me saying that he estimates that my ducts haven't been cleaned in about 15 years and that it was going to be $1,000 PLUS an extra $100 for the dryer vent. About a week later my dryer goes out. I had an appliance technician come out to inspect the dryer and he determined that the dryer wasn't faulty but due to poor vent circulation. A few days after the dryer goes out then my heater is now blowing out cold air, which isn't the best in the middle of winter. Yet I've never had any prior issues to the "duct technician" coming out.

      What an awful experience. We paid for the upsell after being told the $99 clean that was advertised wasn't able to be done for that price. They left lint all over the house, didn't fully clean the vents and took an air canister to the furnace and claimed it was cleaned. They offered $100 off but wouldn't recognize that they did poor quality work. I never got the $100 and was yelled at by the owner.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. ALL THEIR ******** REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

      They did a great job cleaning my air ducts the correct way. They spent about 4 hours in my home. I was very happy with the results.

      Hired them to clean my chimney. Heavy pushy sales to talk me into needing a chimney repair for the flashing and cap. Said they could do it right now. They only sealed the base of the chimney with some type of stuff and half way cleaned the chimney. Left the old chimney cap taped on. Said they needed to return to finish. Set a date to return and did not show up. Never told us the cap was taped on. I paid them $700 by check. By this point I knew they had scammed me. I ask for a partial refund and said yes they would, but will need to wait for it. No refund yet.

      Hi ****,Our Techs was giving you additional $200 off for the service that was provided in your home, The flashing between the roof to the chimney pipe was sealed and you got a brand new chimney cap after few days of shipping.*** and *** explained you and your husband every step that they are going to do - they taped the old cap because they didnt want you guys to hear some shaking noises from the roof. After few days they came back to install a new chimney cap. By this time you asked for a discount, we accepted your request to be able to take off $200 from the final bill. in this case - you didn't even pay for the installation of the new cap. *** was super nice and tried to explain you everything that you won't feel overwhelmed, but he felt very uncomfortable from your side without even know why. We accepted all your requests and eventually its not good enough for you. We are trying to do our best for our customers, clients satisfaction is our first priority.Have a great day ****, We're sorry for that inconvenience.
