I was attempting to order a few bottles of samples of supplements after clicking on the sample I liked, then clicked on the pay page, once the screen refreshed I saw it ordered 75 bottles of items without warning me or showing me on any prior screen that I was about to order 75 bottles, nor did I see a page to confirm that I was buying this. I attempted to click "cancel" immediately about 10 times and each time it said "server error" I emailed and messaged customer service immediately with no answers. I called my bank who said they were unable to cancel the charge for now only dispute it. Shortly after I was able to place the order I intended, thinking they will contact me before running the order since I sent an email per their website instructions to get a refund to my card. Within 40 minutes the order I noticed the order I did not intend to place for over $600 said "processing" and the order I had made shortly after which I wanted totally around $90 says "new" with no status change. I just want a refund to my card, I do not understand how this order was processed instantly, unable to be cancelled, yet the order I made after which was less is just sitting there. Please help, it is a great service, but I don't want to feel like I am getting scammed.Customer response
