ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY!!!Ive been in business over 25 years and have never dealt with a worst company than Patton plumbing. Hired them to install water lines, set bathtubs, install shut-off valves, install toilets and vanity water lines in an apartment complex. They didnt complete what was contracted to be done and when a stop payment on the check was issued they threatened and harassed the homeowners, unbelievable!! We ended up hiring another plumbing company to complete the project. There are so many other plumbing companies to choose from I STRONGLY recommend you stay away from this horrible company.

Patton plumbing came out numerous times for a leak, and did not resolve the issue. The last plumber that came out stated they would snake the drain the following morning. Showed up and stated they didn't have the snake, and it was at a different job. They were not interested in fixing the issue, clearly in a hurry to get to another job. I requested an estimate to do a 2 bathroom remodel. He gave me an estimate for only one bathroom. Bottom line. I paid 300 in cash for a leak that is now worse than when they first came out. I have never had such bad service from a company until today. Its unfortunate, because the person answering the phone and scheduling was very good. I'm out ****** and can't use my shower.

Prompt Payment for Poor Plumbing?Patton Plumbing does not operate professionally, possibly doesn't employ actual plumbers, and they certainly do not care about their customers. They were hired for a new bathtub/shower install and, after they tore out my vanity by mistake, I agreed to a vanity replacement as well. The job was quoted as a two day affair: one for demo, one for new install. By midday they had everything, including my vanity, completely removed. There was nothing but cement board up to the ceiling in the shower area. Upon reviewing their "finished job" at the end of the day, the drywall along the outside edges of the shower walls was damaged/missing from the demo and the cement board along the tops of the shower walls made the job look far from complete. None of the shower wall edges were sealed, including along the top. Once they took out the old tub and shower and saw nothing but cement board behind there, they needed to let me finish the walls before the prefab wall install but instead they said nothing to me. They also used silicone instead of adhesive to apply the prefab walls (which peeled right off when we had to remove them to finish the drywall first). The vanity they installed didn't sit flush against the back wall or the side wall and because of the latter, two ugly pipes remained exposed and looked terrible. They also left the sink leaking given they used an accordion pipe instead of properly plumbing it. Twice they came back to fix it and when the first person still did not use the correct pipes, the field manager came back and used silicone instead of Teflon tape to try to stop the leak. It still leaked even after leaving it to dry for hours. When I told them I didn't want them to return to finish the job, and tried to pay them for the work they did, they demanded payment in full or threatened to put a lien on the house. When I tried to negotiate with them, they did not respond and went forward with filing the lien.
