Discharged me for verbal abuse cause I refused to take the wrong medication and wanted it fixed .When youre having a crisis , they call police to your house without even responding to your message and theres no therapy . They push stimulants on you without warning about the blood pressure and drug testing . They asked me first what gender I wanted then not only gave me the opposite but the rudest man alive. I had a terrible experience at Mile High Psychiatry with provider *************************. Despite engaging in what was supposed to be talk therapy, after five sessions, we felt utterly unaccomplished. **************** seemed disinterested in providing effective care and would casually suggest watching ******* videos as a substitute for meaningful treatment.Moreover, the office's response to concerns has been disheartening. They disregarded a grievance filed against them last year and even manipulated session times to charge more. They billed 40-minute sessions as 60-minute sessions, significantly inflating costs. When we tried to reach out regarding our concerns, they remained unresponsive.The only silver lining was their willingness to reduce the bill by 30%. However, given the poor quality of care, I believe even that was insufficient compensation. Leaving Mile High Psychiatry was a relief, and I regret not doing so sooner. I cannot recommend this provider or practice for those seeking genuine psychiatric care and support.Review from Jalina N.

This is NOT a reputable facility. The counselor was unprofessional and did not follow through to provide medication that I need in order to prevent seizures. I have left multiple messages for him (via his personal phone & through the message portal). He hasn't responded to me at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is seeking professional Psychiatry. Do your homework and search elsewhere before settling with this facility.
