I ordered a Bible cover one month ago. I put my address in as I've done several times making online orders one month later I still don't have my order. I've been told by the vendor and the delivery vendor that they had the wrong address. They confirmed my correct address with me twice and then after I sent in a picture of my address on a piece of mail and a picture of my apartment number. Now they're telling me that I have the address in incorrectly which I did not. I either want my item, my money or both ASAPInitial Complaint

I ordered a back pack for my daughter from this company. They sent me the wrong back pack with someone elses name on it. I want a refund. So far theyve done nothing but send me emails that have gotten me no where. There is no phone number for them. If they cant even get the order right, I want my money back. Please help.
