          We are a equipment remanufacturing and repair facility primarily focused on the wholesale B2B. We offer limited outside sales to the public mostly thru other company's in the hot tub spa and pool industry. We plan to come back online with a web store in late 2022.

            REFUND POLICY:

            Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs and tastes. You can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange (less shipping charges).If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason not listed in below paragraphs, you may return it pre-paid for a full refund within 3 days of receipt less the original shipping cost we had to pay to send it to you and a 10% restocking fee.

            If you order the wrong part, we will exchange it for the correct part, you are responsible for all shipping charges and any difference in the cost of the parts.

            We only make refunds back to credit cards and pay pal if (1)the order is canceled before the item ships or (2)the item is returned pre paid within 3 days of receipt and the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee have been paid to us or (3) we cannot furnish a replacement part for damaged, defective or wrong item sent within a reasonable time frame determined by us or (4) we promise you a cash refund for special circumstances determined valid by LWI

            If you return your order more than three days after receiving it, you will be charged the original shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee and issued a store credit good for 365days. If the refund is due to a failed product under warranty that cannot be repaired or replaced, the refund will be pro rated and sent to you in the form of a check in the mail.

            Except as stated above, we do not give or accept refunds and All Sales are Finial. We will honor a return for store credit only if item is returned between 4 and 30 days of its receipt and is unused and in its original packaging and condition. Please purchase shipping insurance for your protection. Items returned after 30 days of their receipt will be disposed of in a proper manner at our discretion.

            Shipping is non refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.

            We will only send and pay for a shipping label if we ship the wrong item.

            Except as stated above a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
