      After moving to ***** from ********, it was challenging to find the services of a handyman to do various jobs around the house. Finding The Handyman Hub at the top of a list of best picks to do this type of work, we were very pleased to have ***** ******* come to do what needed to be done. Trustworthy and very capable, ***** repaired and reinstalled the access way into the attic. Job well done!

      We used Handyman Hub for some drywall, trim and painting repairs in our home, Their craftsman, *****************************, was outstanding. He carefully explained what he felt would be the best way to remedy our problems and then skillfully got everything done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

      I used Handyman Hub for the first time. I was pleased with the craftsman who worked on my various requests. He was very professional and took his time to complete the jobs to my satisfaction as well as to his satisfaction. I will use Handyman Hub again as needed. Since I have an older home, I am happy to find a company to supply that need.*****************************

      Handyman Hub did an excellent job of my fireplace surround tile project. ****, the craftsman took great care to wrap the work area with plastic sheeting to contain dust and kept me well informed of work progress. He found irregularities in the original construction as he removed the old tile and explained how he was going to remedy the issues. **** did an excellent job overall and I would ask for him in any future work we do on our house.Coordination with the home office was very good and responsive to my questions.

      The location in ****** ** is very unreliable. They have canceled my appointment 4 time with in a month. I feel they do not want my business not it's I'm female or because I'm black

      We received this complaint and contacted who we thought was our potential customer.  This person said to us several times that she did not write it and understands the situation but doesnt know how to remove it.

      We did have a problem getting this customer taken care of because the craftsman for this project, **************, and his wife had their first baby when this was scheduled.  Their baby had some serious complications at birth and could not be released from the hospital. ************** needed to spend time at the hospital with his wife and newborn and was not able to begin the project in a timely manner.  We fully supported ************** decision and did not have another craftsman available at the time.  We apologize for the customers inconvenience.

      Since most of our customers at Handyman Hub are women and ************** family is part of an inter-racial marriage makes the insinuation, this was because she is a black female, insulting to our company.

      I hired handyman Hub to scrape, prime and paint 3 ***** vents. The craftsman, ******* was prompt and very efficient, going out of his way to do some sanding and puttying, and the result was an excellent finish--just like new, though the house is 39 years old. Excellent job for a reasonable price. Thanks, *******!

      I saw the advertisement for a handyman service I called, stated what type of job I needed done, operated was very courteous, scheduled an appointment to give a quote for the job within a few of **********, tech came out looked at job gave a quote, tech was scheduled to do the job. Tech was courteous, did a very good job, completed job and did a good job cleaning up. Highly recommend Handyman Hub and *********************.

      CONSUMER BEWARE ZERO RATING!!! I contacted this company to install a closet ************** a closet.An appointment was scheduled for an estimate however the person scheduled to come out lied & said the office sent him a message late,I called the office and they said he is lying. He never showed!I asked to speak with the owner.*****(owner) called & promised he would make things right & sent another individual to provide an estimate.*** came out & advised he would have an estimate to me.A few days later I called the office to speak with *** to discuss other options for the closet remodel & the office was going to have him call me.NEVER got a call.A week later I get an estimate with charges but no drawings of the new closet & the install of the closet door in the first bedroom was not on the estimate.Called the company to let them know & was asked to send photos of what I was looking for & they would send them to ***.In between I had received numerous calls asking if I was ready to schedule the work.I hadn't heard from *******Called *** last week to see if he received the *********** stated he never received my email.I contacted the office & spoke with a female (******?) who stated they sent my email to ***,he just didn't look at his email.Lots of fingerpointing, blame shifting,no ******************************** asked to speak with ***********I received no call from ***** & checked my email today & noticed an email from ***** (he took the coward way out) with the following:I understand we are still having issues getting you scheduled up and priced out correctly. I am so sorry my staff has been unable to work this out for you and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I do not want to inconvenience you any further or delay your project and I am afraid getting me involved will complicate your project even more. At this point I believe it would be best for you to contact another organization to do this work for you. I am sorry we were unable to satisfy your needs.

      At Handyman Hub we try to respect our customers time by providing a specific appointment time as opposed to a 24-hour window as many companies do.  Once in awhile we may run a bit late for numerous reasons, but we hit out appointment times full 85% - 90% of the time and we find that our customers appreciate having a specific appointment time.  Most of our customers are understanding if we are running a few minutes late, not this lady.

      In the case of ************************* she was not at all understanding. Our craftsman called her just 10 minutes past the designated appointment time and said he was on his way but running late and would be at her home 20 past the designated time.  She unloaded on him in a very hostile and disrespectful manner and so he hung up on her.  She called our office at ************************************************************************* an abusive and hostile tone, she, ************************* told our office manager; I AM AN IMPORTANT PERSON and she demanded to speak to the owner of the company.

      We believe all our customers are important people, so we apologized and rescheduled her, despite her nasty behavior, with another craftsman hoping to satisfy someone who seemed quite unreasonable.  Her complaints about us not being responsive are not true.  Our call logs show that we attempted to contact her 3 times before we could get ahold of her just to reschedule her.  Our craftsman gave her a bid that she wanted to modify a couple times.  Our craftsman also had trouble connecting with her, so she decided we were not responsive enough to her.

      Consumers have every right to not work with a company they are not satisfied with, and companies have every right to decline to work for specific consumers as well. Knowing we would never satisfy this lady and rather than continue to disappoint ************************* we suggested she should contact another company to do the work for her.
