      I purchased men's POKEMON Crocs for my husband on October 17, 2024. I checked my tracking for my order and to my disbelief my husband's shoes were in fact women's. Now his shoes are sold out everywhere and the only solution offered was to seek a refund. I would suggest if a consumer seeks a particular gender for the item sold, to keep it that same gender throughout the whole purchase. Now my husband's 14 year marriage anniversary gift is ruined.

      Ordered on 9/24/24. I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from this company. My mother purchased a pair of short and shoe decorations for my birthday and the website stated 2-4 days to ship. I received the tracking numbers with the order split into two shipments. One of them never changed to 'picked up' and just remained stuck. The other one was suppose to be delivered 10/02 which contained the shoes, however all I received was one decoration and nothing else. The online tracking stated that the shoes were included but even the tracking company listed a very low weight that confirmed there were no shoes ever delivered. I called the company and was only offered a reshipment that would take up to 14 business days. Unacceptable. This whole experience has been frustrating. I feel as if they do not care about their customers.

      of 73$ for 6 weeks and after every single call (a dozen) they merrily guarantee said refund ***** hours later. 6 weeks in i am still having the same conversations with the same incompetent department, with the same empty promises to escalate. They take no accountability and certainly do not offer any reasonable solution. I placed an order and paid full price for childrens crocs (50$ and Jibbitz - order amounting to 120$)) . 3 days later there was a promotion for 2 for 60$. When I called they said I can place and pay for the 2nd pair (now 55$) and that they would issue an immediate reimbursement for the difference PLUS tax PLUS the shipping (13$ because I had not reached the minimum 75 to qualify for free shipping). Now they want to offer me 5$ and shipping refund. I am furious at their limitations and their inability to understand and/or take action. I will never order from them again. I have been demanding to speak to someone who 1- speaks proper English 2- has deciding power. They have not honored their promises, their promotion, or respected any customer service policy. They have made no attempts to reach me either though they have my emails and phone number after my many requests. I am just livid.

      this company claims they sent my Crocs, I never received them and I am having a hard time getting my refund even though on their website it clearly states hassle free refund, I refuse to pay for a product I never received and when I got a hold of someone they barely spoke English, kept putting me on hold without telling me, a horrible experience. I made the purchase on September 7th, almost a month ago and still no refund

      I ordered an item from Crocs, paid for 2 day shipping. I received notification that the order shipped and it was out for delivery...I understand that things happen. On the shipping company's tracking it says that the "sender has requested a hold on the item" when I contacted Crocs, they claim they don't do that... they offered little else than to give me a coupon code that I could only use online...which I don't trust to order from given this situation.None of this is a crucial, except that a birthday gift will be late, if I ever even receive the item, but I think it's important that people understand not only how unreliable the company is, but the lack attention to customer complaints offering little else than keeping in the loop of blaming each other **** is also to blame in their inability to provide an sort of solution)

      I went to customer service on Saturday and Sunday knowing that of course they were closed but to try to ensure I could get the promotional offer still, however, today (Wednesday) when they got back to me they were rude and short and kept telling me the obvious. We were closed, well duh, but half of your promotional items were not working and I have screenshots of that as well, so instead of help I got the same responses over or that Im basically incompetent in my reading ability to know which were supposed to be included.

      Crocs *****. Bought a pair June 28. Paid for expedited shipping. It is July 17. After talking with customer service 4 times they still couldn't figure out how to ship. Requested refund on July 12. No response. Nothing. I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I will. And I'll also file complaint with BBB. Terrible company. Can't believe that it's an **************** with that **** poor service. Will never do business with them again.

      Placed an order on 6/15/24 for two pair of sandals. Received one pair on 6/19. Called immediately because I received an email that two pair were delivered. After being told it would take 10 days to process the order I told them to just refund for the other pair. The person claimed I would be refunded in 31 days. When I called to check on the refund because he said it took 10 days to process it **** at Crocs told me it was denied. She claimed she can resend the order **** I have never had such poor service.

      I ordered a pair of crush crocs a month ago and it is still in transit. They have sent it to a completely different province and tried to deliver it there because of my street name but my address clearly indicates that I live in ****** and there's a postal code. These shoes were for a vacation coming up and yet they will not be here in time. The customer service is abysmal and offer 0 solutions. I paid for expedited shipping too. Don't claim a 2-3 day shipping if you can't do that.
