On 8/15 we ordered 2 custom cut pieces of glass and paid half of the total amount due. The job had to be outsourced and should take up to 10 days to complete. We were told wed receive a call when it was ready for pickup. 2 weeks later I hadnt heard anything and called them. Spoke with a few people who werent sure what was going on and was told Id receive a call back. Received a message from I believe a **** who apologized and said only one piece came in and we could either pick it up or wait on the other and pick them up both together. We went to pick up the one piece on 8/31. I tried to call ahead to alert them that we were coming so it could be a quick pickup. No one answered. We got to the store at 3:40pm and a sign out front said theyd be back by 3:30pm. I called and left a message explaining that wed come to pick up our glass and since wed had such a hassle and lived in *******, that Id like the ******************** delivered to us. I never heard back. Today 9/8, still not hearing anything from Toledo Glass, we drove out to the store. Theyre scheduled to close at 4:30pm and we got there at 4:15pm. The sign on the door said open but the door was locked and the lights were off. We just want our glass that we ordered and if we cant get that, then a refund.
