My student loan got transferred recently to this loan provider, Unisa, but they are completely unprofessional and have conflicting information about their business location which makes it extremely suspicious. They also have a very dated website and no option to enable security measures like 2-factor authentication. They also lost my student loan payment because they claim to have changed addresses and when I call them, they tell me its PO Box 4385, different than what is listed on their website. But this is different still than the address than the address sent in their communications and different from the one the BBB has on file. This business is so sketchy. I simply dont think I should have to reissue another check due to their disorganization and inconsistency, and Id like for my loan to be serviced by another company.

The collection company reported an account on my credit report. I was never notified of any debt they say I owe. The collection company has yet to contact me or show me a validation of the debt. I have reached out to the collection company disputing the debt, and they have yet to respond. It has been over 60 days, and I am still waiting to hear from the company.

This student loan randomly showed up as overdue on my credit report, yet the company is not even showing any way to make a payment online or via mail. This was a private college (*********************** College) issuing fraudulent loans, that has since become a "public" school. I have never seen this loan information until I received notice on my credit that it was past due. Also very confused how they can declare my "loan" past due, but not allow any kind of payment.

Unisa is handling my financial aid account. I have payments set to auto pay monthly. I got an alert from credit monitoring that one of my accounts was reported as 30 days delinquent which dropped my credit score 108 points. I got no notification from unisa that my account was delinquent nor advised of changes to payments that were needed. On February 28th I checked my account statements and last was from first week of January which had no indication of delinquency nor payment change. Unisa has significantly damaged my credit rating due to their negligence in not advising me of any delinquency nor of any change to payment schedule.

UNISA should exercise greater caution and put in place notification systems before they take reckless actions against students credit reports.
