My child experienced a dental emergency on Sunday, 29 May. His pediatric dentist directs emergency calls to Emergency Dental of Colorado Springs. Upon contacting the office at approximately ****, the receptionist curtly informed us that it no longer see patients under that age of 12. That seems ridiculous, and obviously not keeping with *********************'s recommendation, but it is their decision. What happened next however is what reflects poorly - as we asked what we can do to help our child, the receptionist simply hung up the phone. Attempts to reconnect were ignored as the line went to a full voicemail box, or gave a busy signal.Review from JOSEPH S

I called this dentist on the phone and asked how much it would cost to have my temporary Crown put back on and was quoted by the girl who set up the appointment 50 dollars and when i got there they took my fifty dollars on my credit card and went to the room for examination. the girl said i need a Xray and i said I was going to have my permeant crown put on in two days and she said i needed the Xray and I was upset already as i said i had x-rays a week ago. I let her give the Xray as i thought this was included with the gluing of my temp crown back on. The dentist came in and put my crown on and said it needed to be glued or pasted back on. He left the room i thought to get the paste for the crown but instead ten minutes later the girl comes in with a chart and says i need to pay another 150 dollars and i refused and said this is some kind of bait and switch operation as i was quoted ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** I thought this was a scam operation for me.******
