My AC system was cleaned back in June 2024 by American Electrician and Heating. They inform my system was a bit old however it could last another few years. They never recommended any sort of cleaning, even though this was a diagnostic in order to determine what to do next and make sure that my air conditioning system was fully functioning.I also purchased two system diagnostics for $198 That I never received the services for, and the general manager specifically came to my house and informed me that I would be Credited the money back to my account. This never happened.Additionally, my air conditioning system broke within 12 hours of fixing it when they serviced it in July 2024. At that moment, they insisted that my system was dirty and should have been maintained and cleaned which they did not tell me back in June 2024. this was one month after They came out to service to make sure that The air conditioning service was fully functioning in June 2024. I have not had any issues prior to this with my system. So for it to completely then potentially break in July 2024 Does not make sense for me. I incurred a $79.99 charge back in June 2024. Plus the $198 Services that I never received and paid $270 towards fixing the part in July 2024, which again broke less than 12 hours later (and was a six dollar part when I looked it up). Additionally, the condenser that broke, the furnace could have caused an overcharge on my system, causing it to break, which can be identified by looking it up on the Internet.I had the general manager stop at my Townhouse where he guaranteed at least my $198 Back to me Throughout this entire time communication and also scheduling has been problematic as many of my appointments were changed, late, were not effective.I was also informed by an employee that other customers were having similar issues and were also requesting their money back. Which the employee also informed me that he wanted to quit and move onto other opportunities.
