I have purchased literally thousands of items from auctions and the items they shipped were in by far the worst condition of any item I have ever had shipped. They were clearly, grossly inadequately packaged, but they took absolutely no responsibility, blaming it all on **** Save your money and the headaches and purchase elsewhere.

This customer purchased 3 very large speakers from us in October 2021. We warned the customer that the items were extremally large and hard to ship. He chose to ship the items anyways. Our Terms state that we will not be held responsible for shipping problems. In this case we offered to help file a claim with *** however the customer never supplied us with the photographs that are necessary for filing a claim. Without these photographs we could not do anything. His items were insured and we did everything to try and file an insurance claim but the customer was not responsive.Customer Response

If I could give lower than one star I would. These people are unprofessional,rude. I will never do buisness with them again!! They are keeping my stuff and they told me they didnt want to do buisness with me because I hung up on *****! Big baby had his feelings hurt! It took him 3 weeks to get a background check done. Then he was mad after we made 3- 80 mile round trips waiting for him to do one. And because we were one day later he said he didnt want yo go buisness we us. Customer has 2 outstanding invoices with us for a total of $257.48. They were constantly a late pay most of the time over a week late paying their invoice. Our Terms and Conditions state that invoice must be paid by the Tuesday following the Auction. This was never adhered to so we made the business decision not to do business with this customer. The Background check took so long because the customer tried to run the background check under his wife's name the lady who made this complaint however the firearm was sold to her husband *********************. It is illegal to transfer a firearm to anyone other than the buyer. They took 3 weeks to come back in and run the correct check. One day they came in ******** ****** of ************* was down and no background check could be run. We tried very hard to accommodate the customer, but in the end we are the ones who got stuck with the outstanding invoice.
