I'm sorry you feel you did not receive good service. When you ordered the services, you told me that you wanted to think about the duct cleaning and did not order it so it was never put on the calendar for the services to be done. The only things on the order were to clean the dryer vent and to service that humidifier. We serviced the humidifier for service without a pad since you had provided it and we cleaned the dryer vent which can be professionally cleaned from the inside of the house by sending the cleaning brush up from the behind the dryer to the outlet on the room or the side of the house. The brush used to do this has only 4 tufts of bristles so that it why it looked like it was missing part of them. It is place on a drill motor and spins as it is inserted and retrieved from the pipe. When this is done, the shop vac is placed at the opening so that we capture the lint that comes out rather than let it fill the laundry room with lint. As far as servicing the A/C, it was only 40 degrees that day and if the temperature is not above 50 degrees we can not get good pressure readings to be able to say that the A/C works properly. So we can reschedule the A/C service and duct cleaning if you wish. I will not refund the money paid for the dryer duct cleaning because it was done and it was done professionally. If you do not wish to reschedule then I invite you to engage the services of another company.

I am rejecting this response because: ****, I told you air ducts you quoted me were in my budget. I never received any notice that work done on 13th would only be 1.5 hrs. You told me 4hrs for everything when appt was set. The vent top on the roof is removable for professional cleaning introducing brush and vacuum to vent. (which was not done)I have no issue with the humidifier. However, you quoted me a price without additional parts, etc. (quoted unless additional parts needed). So how can you state that you lowered the price for humidifier because I had the water pad? I have no problem that the A/C was not serviced that day. However, your work order contained the A/C (included in the 1.5 hrs?) This could have all been cleared up, if anyone had responded to my voicemails and emails I sent prior to appt. Please refund my $150.00 as soon as possible.Sincerely,
