      I received a safety recall notice from HQ *** and immediately made an appointment with Peak KIA Colorado Springs. I brought my *** in for the appointment, dropped it off and one hour later I received a call from ******** maintenance team. They stated they did not have the parts on hand to fix and I needed to pick up my car. While picking up my car I asked the clerk why they didnt check to see if the part was on hand before making the appointment. My question seemed to upset the clerk as she stated Thats not how it works here. I asked the clerk if she would order the part and call me to set up another appointment. Again, my request seemed to annoy her as she exhaled very loudly and stated I will put a note into the system. She also stated that I should call HQ *** and complain about the availability of the part. So, I did just that. I called HQ *** ******** service and looked into the situation. HQ ******** service told me that the car test results didnt indicate I did not need the part but rather a simple fuse. HQ *** ******** service representative told me would contact ******** and have them call me to set up another appointment. After a couple of days HQ *** contacted me to follow. I told them ******** has not rescheduled yet. This same event has happened three more times but ******** refuses to reset an appointment to fix the recall. I previously purchased two cars from ******** and am in the marked for another one but will not do business with ********.

      This business is full of con artists. We traded in a 2022 Frontier for a 2022 certified pre-owned. The car shook on the freeway and pooled water on the passenger floorboard. When we presented the problems to them they did nothing but dodge the issues. They refused to work with us to take the car back at the cost they sold it to us. And refused to let us escalate the problems.

      The sales manager spoke with the customer and we addressed all concerns. The vehicle was inspected and reconditioned before offered for sale.  When the customer's concern of "shaking" was brought to our attention, we immediately got the vehicle in to address the issues which were a "shake" and a leak on the front passenger floor board.  The original technician along with the shop ******* reinspected all suspension components and drove the vehicle and the vehicle operates as designed with no "shake".  The one issue that needed repaired was a washer on the rear windshield hose that ran under the carpet on the front passenger side which the customer declined the repair. We explained all of this to the customer.  The customer wanted the personal cell phone number to the owners which we will not provide.  This angered the customers which caused the customers to verbally threaten some of our management staff.  We have tried to make things fair and equitable but to no resolution agreed upon.
