Beneficent has been amazing. I would never have imagined I could get my wife (who has early-onset dementia) approved for Medicaid based on the rules for qualification. Beneficent helped my lawyers and financial advisors understand how things would need to change to protect our assets. They completed and filed the very complex ************** Medicaid application. I have been the sole care provider for my wife for years. When I could afford it, I would pay for private (respite care), Within weeks of having the application approved, we have gotten an enrollment coordinator who helped us find a care provider and get them signed up to help me provide care for my wife. I now have the relief I have been needing for quite some time and my wife is getting the help she so desperately needs. I cannot thank Beneficent enough for how they have changed our lives!Working with Beneficent is like having a loving and caring family by your side. The CEO of Beneficent, made herself available for my financial advisors and Lawyers, on their schedule, to educate them on the process we were going to undertake. She was available to me whenever I needed her. She quickly assigned me a case manager. The case manager worked with my finance teams and the state to coordinate EVERYTHING. Even when she had to leave for maternity leave, at a critical point in the process, another case manager seamlessly took over. The transition was so seamless that conversations I was having with the first, continues with the second without a skip.Beneficent is such a helpful organization that meets a critical need with an amazing team!

When it became necessary to get my wife into a care facility, we needed to move quickly, as a room became available. We were on a private pay basis and it was apparent that financial help would soon be necessary. Searching for answers to all my questions proved fruitless and frustrating. A neighbor, while talking to her insurance agent, mentioned my circumstances. He gave her a telephone number, and said this is the place to call. This number was for Beneficent. They had the answers to all my questions. After the initial meeting, I was ready to start. The case manager was my guide through the entire process. She answered all questions and promptly returned all calls. She made the process manageable. If she needed more documents, she told you how to do it. If you wondered why you needed this, she explained it. They know what they are doing and they proved that to me. No matter your circumstances, contact them. See what they can do for you. They certainly helped me.

Today I had a first consultation with Beneficent. The knowledge imparted to me was incredibly helpful and I am now confident in the process I need to follow to help my father become qualified for *** with ********. What a relief. 5 stars are not enough! My wife and I were very blessed to have been referred to Beneficent after assuming responsibilities for my wife's (******) grandparents who were in a crisis situation. The referral was made by the ******* agency who provided in home services for both of our grandparents, and they actually set up the first meeting via a ZOOM call in the office. ****** and I were at a loss of how to proceed to get the grandparents into a skilled nursing facility ASAP and had been given multiple answers on the MEDICAID application process. We had been told that the grandparents made to much income to qualify yet they were completely out of funds... ****** was very knowledgeable and explained the criteria and the technical aspects of the application process and how to comply with the qualification requirements. We were immediately impressed with Yazmin's professionalism and caring demeanor. She did an excellent job of analyzing the situation and providing a detailed process to follow to enable us to "get through" the Medicaid application process and avoid mistakes that could prevent them being approved, ****** was kind and helpful, she was always responsive when we had follow up questions... she explained everything in detail and has been amazing to work with. The help provided was an answer to prayer and everyone we have dealt with at Beneficent has been amazing. Beneficent (******* and *******) have been the main reason we were able to get our grandparents in a very nice facility as quickly as we did and it was an easy and a great decision to retain their services!! we cant say enough good about them...

The Beneficent team are tremendous! They guided me thru a very difficult process with patience, great communication and kindness. My mother has been living with me for 7 years and won't be able to do so much longer. With my full time, stressful job, the Beneficient team took the work load off me, allowing me to take care of my mother and my job. I am assured that when it comes time to place her in a quality care facility, she will be taken care of. Their depth of knowledge is amazing in navigating the process. I can't recommend them highly enough.
