The Coordination Co owner, **** Charter, has lacked communication and professionalism. I have attempted several emails and correspondence with the owner and have received no response regarding my business agreement with her. **** Charter is a wedding planner/coordinator and I hired her for her services yet I have received absolutely no services from her; she has not assisted me with any business. She has disregarded all further attempts of communication from me. The contract was issued August 9, 2021 and the first payment was sent September 3, 2021. After signing the contract I only received one email from **** Charter in October of 2021. In that email she asked if she could be working on anything and has not done a single portion of her job, has not given me any services or assisted with any planning. That email on October 25, 2021 was the last email I have received from her. She has not responded to any of my several attempts to get in contact with her. She has given me absolutely no services nor any communication since shortly after signing the contract and sending her money. There has been no commitment to the contract and our business agreement. My fist installment of payment was the amount of $568.75. She has also not contacted me regarding upcoming payments. I have received zero contract from her. The contract has the incorrect date and there has been no communication regarding date or a new contract with terms of desired date. There was suppose to be a new contract sent with my chosen wedding date, which I have not received. The contract state wedding services will be provide on July 23, 2022, yet no verbal or written communication for confirmation has taken place regarding that date; or any date. **** Charter used a generic contract that does not pertain to specific wedding planning for myself. The contract states" The Coordination Team will provide the Services attached below." yet this has not occurred. The business has not tried to resolve any issues
