********,I apologize for your experience at our location. I pulled up your original repair order from August 2021. I also see you went back to the location and they replaced your brakes again in October 2021. If you are having any issues with your breaks from the replacement any of our Service Street locations would be able to help assist you in determining what the issue may be going on with your brake system on your vehicle. Your brake pads and rotors are covered under our 5 year ****** warranty. Sometimes there are faulty parts that manufactures make and don't last as long as they should. This where our warranty comes in so you wouldn't have to pay for repairs that you have recently had completed. We have another location in Aurora that would be happy to assist you in your concerns with your brakes. Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Thank you Service StreetReview from Isaac S

I took it in for and alignment and tired rotation. They told me my car had needed a tune up, my cabin air filter was bad, and a light for my license plate. They gave a price of 900 dollars. After declining the air filter and light. It dropped to 423 dollars. They never gave me any other number. I couldn't afford so they offered to use Koalify to help pay which would be a 90 day pay off. When I went to start paying I had seen the price for everything was 1,013$. When I asked about it they blamed it on me for misunderstanding what they said the only price number they gave me was 900 dollars and 423 dollars.Review from Shannon F

Similar experience to what someone else posted about a break job. My wife upon taking our 2016 ***** to Service Street for an oil change (2nd visit) was told the rear brakes urgently needed to be replaced at a cost of $700. I told my wife we would take the car to the dealership for a coolant exchange because it was needed and to see if they found anything as part of their multi-point inspection. We did not say anything to the dealership about the brakes according to Service Street. The report from the dealership was that everything was in good order INCLUDING THE BRAKES! I mentioned to my wife that there were several red flags: 1) front brakes wear faster than rear brakes, and 2) the typical cost to replace brakes per axle is between $150-$300. We shared our experience with our family and now theyll be going elsewhere.Service Street Response

To whom it may concern:I would like to apologize for your experience at our location. Customer came into location for an oil change. 2016 ***** Civic with ******. We measured a 3mm pads on the rear brakes. We recommend replacement of brake pads, rotors, and a brake fluid flush. We recommend. Pads and rotors and labor were quoted around $500 plus brake flush and taxes. Approx. $700 total. This is standard most vehicle brake jobs.Review from Geraldine S

I get a message on my machine from ***** talking about is the fuel pump system they had to replace he gave me the price, it was around **** something i told him to fix it, he told me it be done by the end of the day, cool. Got a call got there to pick up at check out it was another price it came up to ****. Ok cool put it on my ***************** The next day same thing, but worst this time I get no numbers nothing gas light blinking constantly . reach out even sent a video to show it. I was told to bring it back in. Okay I decided to drive it for a few more days cause I know sometimes you have to drive it so many miles to reset. It never reset so I called and talk to ***** again about it he told me to bring it. Got there, check in and minutes later he stated they need to keep it up to four hours. Okay I called a ride to go to work. Got a call he giving me old story the system is a good system, its registering and send a signal but its an electrical problem we have to take it out ship it off for 6 to 9 weeks which you will be without a car and itll be anywhere from $22-$2500. To whom it may concern:********************* had her vehicle into our shop on 6/18/2022 with a concern of leaking gas and the gas gauge not working. We performed a diagnostic and the technician noted the fuel pump was leaking and would have to be replaced. We noted the fuel pump and fuel sending unit were one assembly and would fix both of the vehicles concerns. ********************* picked up her vehicle once repairs were completed and both issues were corrected. On 7/8/2022 ********************* came by and stated her fuel gauge was not working again. We performed a free diagnostic and the technician noted the fuel level signal was not being received by the main PCM module and therefore the module would have to be replaced. This part was on backorder and was not available to purchase at the time and was on the expensive side. ********************* stated it was more than she wanted to spend so we gave her a few options of how to manage the situation. ********************* had another mechanic perform a nontraditional patch to the system to bypass the fault we are unable to perform due to our warranty and liability. We corrected the issues she was having on 6/18/2022 and unfortunately the failure she experienced on 7/8/2022 was unrelated to the repairs we completed. ********************* is not due a refund in this case as we completed the necessary repairs to correct her concerns. The repairs we completed are covered under our 5-year 50,000-mile warranty. Thank you, Service StreetCustomer Response

That information is incorrect, it was not fix, I was never told a part was on back order. And a mechanic never perform a nontraditional patch to the system to bypass the fault.. you never corrected the issues. ***** told me told me it was another which was incorrect. I would like a full refundReview from Jocelyn B

Staff was friendly, mechanics lack knowledge outside of basics like oil changes. I came in looking to get a job done, took them multiple days to find any issues. They said the could fix it for an outrageous amount of money. Upon further inspection with a ************** the issue was clearly visible. I feel as if my time and money were wasted. In summary, inspection fee was paid no work was done or real information was given.Service Street Response
