Company Details:Company Name: 360 Brandings Contact Information:Website: 360brandings.com Additional Source: Bark.com Profile Overview of Complaint:In January, I engaged with 360 Brandings for SEO services for two websites, agreeing to an upfront payment of $3000. However, my experience has been deeply disappointing and concerning, characterized by the following issues:Payment Discrepancy: The payment was made to a foreign merchant account associated with a dubious website named "The Only Hits," instead of directly to 360 Brandings.Unfulfilled Promises and Communication Breakdown: Despite signing a contract and engaging in discussions, progress has been sporadic, with prolonged delays in work execution. I've had to persistently contact them to push for any progress.Refusal to Rectify Payment Error: When I raised concerns and requested a refund to be processed directly to 360 Brandings and for a secure payment method, they refused and dismissed my requests.Avoidance and Denial of Responsibility: After three months of minimal progress and frustration, attempts to reach out to 360 Brandings were met with avoidance tactics. My calls were blocked, emails went unanswered, and direct communication with management was denied.Current Status:Funds Paid: $3000 in advance for six months of work.Work Progress: Minimal progress with sporadic engagement, only logging into the website 3 to 4 times.Resolution Attempts: Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the company has not made any effort to rectify the situation.Action Taken:Having exhausted all avenues for resolution, I am now exploring legal options to reclaim my investment and seek redress for the lack of service provided.Customer response
