I ordered a solid resin freestanding tub from this companys website that looks very legitimate. They claim to have been in business since early 2000. However, after posting a pending charge on my credit card for almost $1600 they sent me information telling me the order number and a tracking number. When I go to the company that is supposed to ship the item and submit the tracking number, it shows an item that was shipped to ******* in early 2024. I contacted Giving Tree and the sales help department was very little help at all. I asked where this person was - as there appeared to be a language difficulty - and she told me she was in *****. Before I purchased the item on the website, I asked [thru the online chat that was provided] where it ships from and they replied that it ships from **********. They still maintain that this item ships from **********, but that help office is actually in *****. I was contacted by an **** who told me that yes the shipping number is wrong and that he will get back with me. I have not heard back from any of them nor have I received a good shipping number. I am not sure if this is legitimate company or not or if I have been totally scammed. I contacted my credit card company and they told me I have protections , if this order does not go forward. I simply would like some help contacting this company and getting confirmation of my payment, who I am, what I ordered, what it is they are shipping, and when it is shipping. They supposedly have shipping from ******** and ********** And they list in office at *********************************** *********************. Their text number for complaints are area code ************. I have sent complaint with no response. The company phone number from the website that I call that appears to give me a person in ***** is **********.

I am writing to address the recent complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau that pertains to our business.

First and foremost, I want to express our appreciation for the opportunity to clarify this situation. As a small family-owned business that has been serving our community for 15 years, we place immense value on our reputation and customer satisfaction.

Upon reviewing the complaint, we determined that there was a case of mistaken identity involving a company with a similar name. We do not deal in household furnishings and are located in ********, whereas the order in question was placed and processed in a different location.

I am pleased to inform you that I spoke with the customer today. During our conversation, the customer confirmed that this issue was indeed a misunderstanding and acknowledged that they have received their purchased item. The customer has also contacted the ******************** to explain that the complaint was not valid and to provide a follow-up email supporting our response.

We are grateful for the customers understanding and for their effort to resolve this matter amicably. We anticipate that, with this clarification, the complaint will be removed from our business profile.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continued support of our business. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring our customers have positive experiences.
