      I have been with this credit union for over 10 years, through all of life's hardships. I can count on one hand how many times my account has been negative or even received an insufficient funds charge, and not once have I asked for any type of loan. Recently, I had some car trouble and paid the shop upfront. I filled out an application for a personal loan, asking for less than what I make every two weeks and got denied due to a collection that is years old and currently in dispute, and student loans that show as current. I am very disappointed in this institution and will be closing my account.

      I recently bought a car and was being financed by this organization. I reached out to them and provided my banking info for the monthly payments. After a month and a half I get a call saying they had not received my payment. I was transferred to another number and was on hold for 30 minutes and was then disconnected. I called back and after another 30 minutes, and a robot told me to leave a call back number and they would call me back. After not hearing from anyone, I called and waited again for someone. In the meantime I got a email response from the organization, saying that they had no record of me giving them my banking numbers.When I got finally got through to another representative, I was told that they did have my banking info but it was never set up. I was then talked through setting it up. I ask to talk to a supervisor.I was called back by a gentleman who said that he understood, but said thats the way call centers are and thats a normal time to wait. Really? I am tired of spending that much time just to get an answer. I would not recommend doing business with the newly renamed ******************
