My disabled senior citizen mother and I were affected by a house fire on 3/31/22. This company was recommendation by my insurance company. Going off a recommendation from my insurance was one of the worst decisions in my life! Bellas lack of professionalism, communication and extensive damage caused to my house because of mistakes, unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic. When I addressed a part owner of the company about all of these issues he said he would take over the job and promised he would fix our house and take care of us. Ive had to move 2 unnecessary times since 2/28 when insurance wouldnt pay housing because of this company mishandling of my house. Whats worse is that every time hes claimed to have something done, its incorrect with GLARING and SIGNIFICANT flaws. Theyve declared work to be of a professional standard and it clearly was not!! Leaving trash in the front and back yard. Painting that looks like they rushed through it and painted over all the door k**** and claimed we were going to replace them anyway. Painting a wood door and railing white when that had never been discussed. Lay new flooring down before paint was finished. My ***************** held up there end as far as paying Bella in full to get our house restored and us back into by 2/28/23. We are STILL NOT BACK in our home (7/27/23) and by the looks of it, it will not be done until next year at the rate their going. This company works when its convenient for them and produces unprofessional work because of their MISTAKES and MISHANDLING of this job! Bella Restoration has completely failed us! And now hes not answering my phone calls, text or emails. The fact that this company has totally dropped the ball and made this out to be like its my problem is unbelievable. Who takes advantage of a disabled, elderly women and her daughter?? I put my trust and faith into this company to do the job and get it done right only to be disappointed! Dont hire this company

This is the first review I have ever written online for anything. That is how deeply negative my experience has been with Bella.First mistake: we paid them in full upfront for all the work to be finished. DO NOT DO THAT.********* the most frustrating experience my wife and I have ever had. ***************** in our home flooded in December of 2022, and after 11 weeks of working with Bella, work is STILL NOT FINISHED. Worse yet, almost every time they have declared something to be done, it is incorrect with glaring and significant flaws.On top of that, the subcontractors they used repeatedly disrespected our home, leaving paint trails throughout our home, filling our toilet that does not flush with urine and leaving it unflushed for weeks, leaving trash and food on the floor, trash throughout our backyard and nails and debris in our home and more. Truly a horrible experience.We were patient at the beginning and they continued to take advantage of us. They promised timelines that were never kept. They declared work to be done to a professional standard when it clearly was not.No accountability has been taken for our home. We feel like we are pulling teeth just to get them to answer the phone or respond to our texts/emails.Again, first online review I have ever written, and I hate that it has come to this. I am one to give ample chances and forgive.I just don't know what to do at this point for my home to be restored.

This agency was referred to me by our insurance. After the job was completed I was sent an invoice for $846.77. I requested an itemized statement at which time I realized I was overcharged for services not provided to the tune of $393.44. Had I not requested an itemized statement they would have gotten away with it. I sent them a check for the remaining balance. I find it necessary to report the dishonesty.
