On July 1, 2024 I called this location and spoke with ******, who assisted me with my order. I told her I saw a box with strawberries, bananas and apples at another location online . ******, told me my options and I decided to get the 12 count containing 6 chocolate covered strawberries and apples. I explained it was for my sons birthday, She assured me I could order what we discussed. ******, asked if I wanted the complimentary card attached to the box, which I agreed. I selected a 11am for pickup on July 2, 2024. After asking my family later in the day how the strawberries and apples were, and being told there weren't any apples. I immediately called the store and asked for ******, I was told she wasn't working, and asked if they could help. I asked for the persons name which sound like ******, I informed her my order wasn't correct. ******, stated I could get a refund or have it remade. I stated I wanted a refund. She then states she needed to call ****** to confirm what I ordered. After calling ******, she returns and states ****** forgot to write down the order correctly. I stated just refund my money. ******, become extremely rude, hostile in her tone, arrogant, and very unprofessional. I then asked her to give me the **************** number and for the correct spelling of her name. She told me to spell it anyway I chose to spell it. I had read the horrible reviews from other customers but gave them a chance. The **************** and treatment I received lacked Professionalism and integrity. I explained I was in **, and my family had eaten the strawberries and couldn't return them. ******'s argumentative and disrespectful demeanor is a Poor reflection on Edible Arrangement as a whole. One bad apple can truly spoil the whole bunch. What has happened to Quality **************** and the Customer is always right? I was given an option to get a refund due to the error ****** made and that's what I expect along with an Apology!!! Stand by your Word!
