This company has been a nightmare to work with. We ordered and paid for 3 pendant lights costing nearly **** dollars. The order delivery was delayed over and over for months. When we tried to contact them about the order, they didn't respond to emails or calls and finally answered us only after we threatened to expose them on social media. After many long delays, we finally received the lights which were so mismatched they are unusable. We have tried again to reach out via calls and emails to get the issue corrected and they don't respond. Their customer service is terrible. The product is of questionable quality and production is inconsistent.Review from Nick D

I find myself showing friends Hammers&Heels unique Made In USA furniture and lighting all the time. I ordered a Hexagon Wood table with a metallic finish, now a talking point in my living room. Now I want more! Always happy to support American businesses, keep up the great work.Review from Jason E

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! I regret any time and money spent on thinking about, ordering and waiting on delivery of this table. WHAT THE ABSOLUTE ****??!!! I get an invoice for $95.76 for shipping and handling just before the item was delivered by **** The unprofessionalism of Hammers & Heels "customer service" has made me physically ill. After writing into the company about this surprise **** following the paid-in-full $425 for the small, unfinished, oak table, I am informed that the company likes to do a **************** original receipt read $0.00 for shipping & handling upon ordering the product over a month ago. When I'm harassed about needing to pay the invoice (after delivery has taken place, using a ********** branded box), I receive an email stating that if I did not pay the outstanding balance of $95.76, my account would be in collections. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

*****,I am sorry you had a negative experience. We do our best as a small *** manufacturer to communicate as best we can about the furniture shipping cost. The shipping method line item says rates will be emailed separately to get you the best rate! the dollar amount is zero for shipping because it is billed separately. It is also listed on the product page and has a link to an estimated shipping form so we can tell you before you make a purchase. We dont bill up front because the cost difference between zones is astronomically different so we dont want to charge the maximum amount. Also if multiple are purchased we can get a reduced rate via freight. We honestly do this to save our customers money. Yes it takes more time but we would rather help out our customers. If you have any thoughts on how to make the shipping cost clearer you are welcome to send us an email.
