I've applied twice to Autopay after advertisements they keep sending me about my excellent approval odds to lower my vehicle loan rate. I filled out all forms and uploaded all required documentation only to be DENIED both times in a 6 month period. The denial told me I didn't complete all information or my credit was frozen, which both are untrue. I'm tired of them trying to get my business, I take the time to apply and upload all required documentation only for them to immediately deny me within 5 minutes telling me it's my fault. Autopay is a predatory lender!!!Review from Steven R

Bad actors. You don't give them permission to run a credit check on you, and they go do it anyway. Try to contact customer support multiple times. No one can help and they hang up on you.Review from Brenda M
