Our move was set up with ****** for 7/19/23. He stated a $318 deposit is all he needed to confirm and that would be applied to the total on move day. He said they accept the cash app. I told him I really wasnt comfortable with that because I didnt have a re-course if something went wrong like I had with a credit card. He said he understood but they were in the process of changing their system. He could ask his partner if he still had Venmo. That never panned out & I hesitantly got the cash ********** the deposit. That was a month prior to move date. I followed up a few times all the way up until then to make sure we were still confirmed. He had my name, the date & said the mover in charge of my move would call the night before with a confirmed time. That never happened. On move date I called a dozen times. Finally he answered & said their truck was broke down & he was trying to get another. This went on with me calling every hour with the same ************ never calling me. Mid-day we understood it was a SCAM and they never intended to move us. We scrambled & paid double to be moved because we had to be out of our apartment that day! This is a fake company dont fall for it!!

On April 26, 2023 I contacted Altitude Movers Denver to hire for help packing and loading a UHaul (they also provide transportation services). I sent a deposit of $238 via Cash App to hold my July 14th reservation. Upon not receiving a confirmation two days later on April 28, I opened the app and saw that the amount was still pending so I figured it hadn't gone through and sent it a second time. As luck would have it, both cash deposits went through. Up until July 13th, I called dozens of times, left handfuls of voicemails, and there has been zero contact. All the reviews online claim this company is a complete scam and people have filed police reports.

I contacted the business to schedule a move at the beginning of June. I believe the call was either on 6/2 or 6/3. The man I spoke to requested a $318 deposit to move my stuff on 6/6/23. I sent the deposit on CashApp to ***************************. On the date of 6/6 I was not able to contact anyone. I requested a refund on ************ was declined. I was never able to contact anyone from the business again. I googled the business after this & saw many people complaining of the same.

I spoke to ****** from the company on 5/21/23 to book and confirm a move for 5/22/23 for the **** PM slot. He requested that I pay a $318 deposit to his personal Cash App account, which I immediately did. I received zero communication the day of the move to confirm. Despite my dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails, they did not respond; leaving me with no mover! I have yet to hear from them still and would guarantee they will never return my calls. He was unprofessional and rude on the phone calls when he actually did answer them the day before while wanting me to send him the deposit. They are a complete scam and lie to "customers" while stealing their deposits.

On 4.12.23 I contacted ************ for a quote to move a refrigerator and a stove. **** quoted me $149/hr + $20 driving fee and agreed to move my appliances on Tuesday ****.23 at 9am. He told me that his online payment portal was down and asked me to pay him $318 via CashApp. I agreed. He said he would email me a confirmation. He never did. I called him three times between Sunday 4.16.23 and 4.17.23 to confirm. On the morning of **** I called him twice. He finally called back at 8:45am to say that his employees car had broken down and they could maybe do it later. He then never called back that day leaving ** hanging. We spoke on **** and **** said he would have the $$ back in my CashApp by end of the day on Friday ****.23 but never did. I have called multiple times. He is now screening my calls and wont return my money. There are MANY reviews online detailing this same experience. I am so embarrassed and want his website shut down.

On December 2nd 2022 we gave a deposit to Altitude movers for a move on 12/23/22. The move got cancelled 3 times and then when I called to get a refund (which was already offered to me via the phone) they will not longer pick up or call me back when leaving messages.I also have no recourse to recover money via the bank ** apparently they are using square to process these payments and square says its P2P. They are using this as a loop hole to steal money. People are not aware that they are using a processor like that that gives you zero protection.I never removed services and I am out my deposit.

We contacted Altitude Movers in Denver, ** to help us with a move. We we paid for the move, the move went reasonably well except for the fact that the movers were over an hour late. About 2 hours after the move was complete, the company charged our card an additional $200. We called the company and they did not answer. We woke up the next morning and they charged our card an additional $200 again. They will not answer their phone. We get a text message from the movers that actually helped us move our furniture saying that their boss (Altitude Movers Owner) will not pay them for the work they did, and suggested we dispute charges. The owner has illegally charged our card multiple times since the move, and will not pay his employees.

Altitude Movers should not be in business and the owner, ***** is absolutely unprofessional. I hired this company for a labor job - moving the contents of my condo into a truck I rented. The dates of the contract were for June 27th to move everything out and July 2nd to move everything back in.I was quoted $99 per hour for 2 movers and a minimum of 2 hours plus a $30 gas fee for the movers to drive to the job. I was told it would be $456 total.**** never called or showed up on the 27th. I had to call and was promised the movers would arrive by 12:00p. The movers, ******* and ***, didn't show up until 1:33p on June28th. They finished the job at 3:40p. That's 7 minutes longer than the required 2 hour minimum for a labor job. The contract that I was presented on the 28th was by Ray and I was told that he was going to put 3:00p on the contract instead of 3:40. I was charged an extra $105 later that day because **** claimed his workers were at the job for an extra hour. I told him they were not. **** then stated that on July 2nd if the movers were only here for 2 hours that he would refund me the extra $105 back. On July 2nd the truck was due back at 5p to Budget Rentals. I never heard from **** so I called at 1:00p. Was told that the movers should've already been here. I told him no one showed. He then said he and one mover would come complete the job and be at the location by 2:30p. I started moving items out of the truck because of the time constraint of the rental truck. Then by 3:30p I had to call again. They finally showed up at 3:55p. They completed the labor job by 4:45. That's not even an hour. I inquired about getting the extra $105 back since they were only here for an hour. ****'s reply was that a labor job is a minimum of 2 hours but yes he would refund it and if I don't hear from him by 11:30a on July 3rd that I should call him. I have called from both my mobile and landline. He has blocked both numbers.

Date of the Transaction: I was charged on 3/12/22. The date of my move, in which the company was to assist with, was on 3/18/22.Payment to the Business: $335 Business Committed to *********************** Altitude Movers, was to provide movers from their moving company that would assist with loading a moving truck. The truck was provided by me, and the movers were only to load the truck and nothing more.Nature of ******************** was a no-show on the date of my move: 3/18/22. After about 1.5 to 2 hours of them not showing, I was finally able to reach them on their phone. I had been told that they were unable to finish their previous move and they would show up after the job was completed. As I had already begun packing the truck myself because of the time constraint I had, I had told him that I would no longer need them to come. The individual, I presume the owner, told me he would cancel it and I would receive a full refund. It has been over a month and I still have not received a refund, nor have I been able to get in touch with anyone at the business to discuss this further. Lastly, the original payment was only supposed to be $200 and I had been charged an extra $135 dollars for the total deposit, which nothing has been returned.Has the Business Tried to Resolve the Issue: The business is non-responsive and has not done a single thing to resolve the issue.Account/Order/Tracking Number: The owner of Altitude Movers had charged me with his Paypal or Venmo, so it only shows up as "CO ************ *** on my bank account statement.
